I want to knit some hats for newborns in the Ottawa area – where can I donate them to?
Try your local child protective services agency for a referral to a shelter or foster home. Many hospitals have NICU (newborn intensive care units) that need preemie caps. Try headhuggers.org. They’ll tell you where to ship caps for babies with cancer. Lion Brand‘s website has some charity connections links.
